• The prices quoted are per day and person including breakfast. Not included in the price is the local tax of € 2.50, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years) and collected on site.
• The single room supplement is 20%.
• The price is for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
• Child discounts & occupancy beyond standard occupancy:
  • Children up to 2.99 years: free
  • Children between ages of 3 and 5.99: -70% with breakfast
  • Children between ages of 6 and 7.99: -50% with breakfast
  • Children between ages of 8 and 11.99: -30% with breakfast

Deposit

To make your reservation binding, we ask for a deposit (normally € 250.00), which will be offset at the end of your stay.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of a holiday, for whatever reason, is neither pleasant for the guest nor for the host. Therefore we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

In the event of cancellation, please inform us in writing in good time.

• There are no cancellation fees up to 3 weeks before arrival.
• 3 weeks to 7 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation 7 or less days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged if the room cannot be re-let.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked stay will be charged.

Payment methods

You can pay your bill in cash or by bank transfer, EC card, Maestro or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). However, cash payments in Italy are limited to € 999.99.

Our guest house is open all year round: we only close our business briefly twice a year for basic cleaning.

Dogs and pets: Pets are allowed in our house by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for this. Guests are liable for damages to furniture and objects of our house. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room.

Check-in / Check-out: on the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10 am. Check-in is possible from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, later on request.

We are a non-smoking house: smoking is not permitted in the rooms or the rest of the house.
